 AS we end December and walk through January,  we take the glorious love of our Savior with us.   

Jesus our savior, healer, shepherd, and sanctifier yearns to have a personal relationship with you.

And. . . God answers when all seems hopeless, just lke he did for  Will, a preacher's kid lured into modeling and drugs and Ranae, plagued with shame from a warped identity of worthlessness. 

Yet, what Will and Ranae didn't expect was how God would use them to rescue those trapped by the lurid entertainment industry.

ON to Will and Ranae's story as told to CBN 

HOW does a passionate preacher's kid get sucked into modeling for big names like Abercrombie and Fitch, dive into drug use, and lose all sense of morality? 

"It was all pride," Will said. Walking away from church, Will learned  "people loved the way I looked and talked." Landing big contracts with Armani and Gucci fueled Will's pride even more. 

"I felt like I arrived, because everyone loved me" and "I was willing to sleep with whoever and do any kind of drugs." 

During his spiral, Will felt God's tug and recalls hearing God ask,           

"What are you doing Will?" 

In contrast, Ranae's warped identity was rooted in her physical appearance which pushed her into believing her body was the answer to love. 

Ranae bought into the lie  because she was an adopted middle Eastern girl, who didn't fit the blonde, blue-eyed stereotype.

"I felt like I had to be beautiful" said Ranae "and told myself as long as I had a bangin' hot body," I could fill the love void "by sleeping with somebody. I felt like sex could fix everything."

With her identity in beauty, Ranae headed to Hollywood with acting dreams. 

Landing gigs in commercials and shows like Desperate Housewives, Ranae was lured to the Playboy mansion and soon found herself living with a cheating, drug addicted actor. 

Ranae recalled, "I had everything handed to me. I wasn't happy' and "wanted unconditional love." 

Despite a relationship filled with drugs and accusations, Ranea pressed into the destructive relationship and said, "I wanted loved so bad I didn't care."  

Ranea's shame escalated when she made a sex tape ending all chances of a career.  

"It was my choice. I did it to help somebody love me and it ruined my life" because it was leaked to the tabloids.  

With no hope for a job, and still hoping for love, Ranea had a chance encounter with Will

who landed in Los Angeles hoping to jumpstart his modeling career and 

needed a place to stay. 

Ranae recalled, "He was willing to be with me so so I put up with his drug use" and reasoned, "Who else is going to love me?" 

Soon, Will was at the end of himself. Out of work and

 

spent from drugs, he called out to God. 

"I don't know if you still love me or have something

 for me," said Will. 

"I'm done, I can't continue doing this," and found 

himself at a church alter praying, 

All the energy "I exerted for myself I want to give

back to you." 

When Ranea noticed Will's soft heart and no longer using drugs what she didn't expect was how God would use Will to heal her heart and launch a ministry. 

She recalled Will deciding, "We're not going to live together or sleep together anymore."

Terrified,  Ranea never dreamed Will wanted her without sex, But God proved otherwise. 

"He took me out on dates and showed me what unconditional love was. It was like a total depiction of Jesus. He really showed me God" said Ranea. 

Two years after giving her life to Christ,  Ranea and Will married and launched their

ministry The Night Shepherd   that provides resources and support for those addicted or trapped

in the entertainment industry. 

Ranea recalled, "What evil was planned against me, God used for good. 

That's something only He could do.  Now "my identity is in the Lord."

In the words of Will, "There's no room for pride in God" and "His plan

is better than anything you could ever come up with."

Prayers for you. . .  

Father God, as we end December and walk through January 2022,  thank you for your love through Jesus Christ.  

We thank you Father for Jesus, you sacrificed for each person reading this. I Peter 2 & 24  so they could be healed, restored, and filled with abundant love. 

 

Father, as we start a new year wash us in your overflowing joy and forgiveness as we declare Jesus Christ as our Savior and renounce all activities, contrary to you Father.

Thank you Jesus that you invite everyone reading this to confidential communion and secret counsel in  relationship with You and. . .  that You think about them constantly! (Psalms 139: 17-18)

Most of all Father, thank you that as  you heal hearts, minds, bodies, you  provide divine direction, and restoration for each person reading this Isaiah 41:13 regardless of  time or distance. 

Lord, thank you for the authority (Luke 10:19) and power you gave us as we crush, smash, nullify  reports of all sickness, poverty, terror, torment,  chaos, divisiveness in Jesus mighty name,   1 Peter 2. 24  

We put to death every evil lie lashing out against all praying right now, in Jesus Name!

Together with each person  reading this, we declare supernatural peace, your  Jehovah Shalom infuse their hearts, minds, bodies, families, homes, cities, towns, provinces as we abort, smash and nullify all plans of the enemy in Jesus Name.  

                                                                                                                         

                                     

Lord, through the authority and power you gave us, (Luke 10:19) we cancel thoughts of defeat, shame, suicide, destruction, self loathing, rage, violence, greed,  poverty, obsession, & possession. 

We cancel all attacks from witchcraft,  chaos, divisiveness spirits and rulers in high, low places. We cancel drug and all addictions of all kinds.  

We righteously release the destroyer  of all assignments contrary to the Holy Word of God.   (Luke 10:19).   GO now in Jesus name! 

We raise our praise "Hallelujah" to you Father, our Way Maker! 

Father, during 2022 we decree prodigals and those separated from families, supernaturally returned home and restored to their divine purpose with clear minds and hearts filled with Holy Spirit! 

 

We  praise You for perfect laborers in their paths who lead them to you, Father. 

We thank you now Holy Spirit for signs, wonders and miracles for the person reading this in Jesus name (Mark 16:20)!  

In places of devastation, destruction Holy Spirit, we thank you for miraculous intervention, translation and transportation now in Jesus Name!.  

We decree the loosing of imprisoned, persecuted Christians, now in Jesus Name!  We praise you Holy Spirit for your divine intervention, as we do not lean on our own understanding but put ALL our trust in You Father. 
 

Lord, despite dark economies, we decree divine direction and favor  for new jobs, businesses, opportunities, promotion, housing and food.  We declare favor on all those reading this now, in Jesus Name! 

Nothing is impossible (Luke 1:37)  with you as we align our thoughts with yours in Jesus Name. 

 

We also decree protection of life ordained as your most precious creation Father God and celebrate what you celebrate Father God...birthrights for all lives. We smash and crush spirits of death, murder, perversion and sickness of all kinds. Go NOW in Jesus Name! 

Father, we also decree supernatural protection, restoration, and direction for all serving on medical teams, first responders, those fighting disasters and for those fighting for God given freedoms in nations,  cities, provinces, townships and neighborhoods, whether in the air, water, ground or under water, in Jesus Name! 

We nullify all plans of the enemy to destroy freedom, countries, towns, cities, states and provinces. 

In Jesus Name, we decree biological/physical/cyber threats/attacks on freedom smashed and crushed as we declare your mighty names Jehovah Nissi,  Jehovah Shalom over all people.           

Lord, with the authority and  power  you gave us  Luke 10:19, we speak to mountains of all types Mark 11:23  and decree them crushed  for national and global sisters and brothers in countries, states, townships, cities and provinces! 

Together we praise you Father, as we decree and align ourselves with your will and dwell in your shelter because you Father are the Most High we trust  Psalms 91.  

Thank you Father for being our shield, our buckler, protector, director, and more!   

Let rivers of life flow from the  bellies of all who read this right now John 7:38.  Bless them with a supernatural calm and joy overflowing despite what the enemy tries and fails to do.  

Thank you Father for restorative, creative miracles right now for all reading this  in Jesus Name!
